Ten-plus years of hands-on AI experience, including running production AI systems daily and shipping three live Software-as-a-Service platforms built from the ground up: a personal finance AI platform that helps individuals manage spending, saving, and everyday financial decisions, now in active growth and ongoing development; an oncology wellness platform live in the App Store; and an HOA community operating system.

Before founding RH Consulting, built a 25-plus-year enterprise sales career leading strategic accounts for companies including Salesforce, Sprinklr, and LivePerson, closing multi-million-dollar technology agreements with Fortune 100 clients across financial services, banking, insurance, automotive, and high-tech industries.

Focused on a governance-first approach to AI adoption: helping business owners identify practical, high-value use cases while protecting their data, their customers, and their reputation. Works primarily with healthcare and insurance organizations, alongside small business owners across Santa Barbara County who are ready to move past experimentation and into real, measurable results.
